These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://lasvegas3dtours.com) and the purchase of our services, including 3D virtual tours, photography, and digital marketing. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services & Booking

Las Vegas 3D Tours provides professional photography, Matterport 3D scans, and digital marketing services. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days. A booking is not confirmed until a deposit (if applicable) is received or a service agreement is signed.

2. Property Readiness

The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is “camera-ready” prior to the scheduled appointment time. This includes cleaning, decluttering, and removing sensitive personal items.

• Delays: If the photographer arrives and the property is not ready, a standby fee may be charged for wait times exceeding 30 minutes.
• Return Trips: If a return trip is required due to the property not being ready, a rescheduling fee will apply.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. However, to respect our photographers’ time, we require notice for changes.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon delivery of the digital assets unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

• Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 10% per month.
• Asset Delivery: Las Vegas 3D Tours reserves the right to withhold final delivery of photos, links, or 3D models until payment is made in full.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing (e.g., a “Work for Hire” agreement), Las Vegas 3D Tours retains the copyright to all images and media created.

• License to Client: Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the materials for marketing the specific property or business filmed.
• Third-Party Use: The Client may not sell, lease, or give the images to third parties (such as other agents, stagers, or builders) without our written permission.

6. 3D Hosting (Matterport/Cloud)

3D Virtual Tours (e.g., Matterport) require hosting on cloud servers.

• Hosting Duration: Your service package typically includes 3-6 months of hosting (or as specified in your invoice).
• Renewals: After the initial period, hosting can be renewed for an annual fee. If hosting fees are not paid, we reserve the right to archive or delete the 3D model.
• Platform Availability: We are not liable for downtime or data loss caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Matterport, Google Maps).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, Las Vegas 3D Tours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in dispute.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
